2026 recruit that was previously committed to an SEC program reportedly ‘stunned’ to receive offer from Georgia Bulldogs
A 2026 three-star recruit that was previously committed to the Missouri Tigers was apparently quite surprised when he recently received an offer from the Georgia Bulldogs.
Rivals.com national recruiting director Adam Gorney wrote this week that 2026 three-star safety D’Montae Tims was “stunned” to receive an offer from Georgia.
Tims decommitted from Missouri earlier this month. He had been committed to the Tigers since early April.
Gorney noted that Louisville and Vanderbilt are also very much in the mix for Tims. But if the Bulldogs make a strong push for the Florida native, it’s hard to see anyone but Georgia winning this recruiting battle.
