LSU basketball star Angel Reese and the Angel C. Reese Foundation hosted to a Back to School Giveback Block Party at the McKinley Elementary School in collaborating effort with the EBR Schools and Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome. There where donations of classroom supplies, both to those that attended and to teachers. There was also music, food and drink and activities for those in attendance.
