Georgia Quarterback Changes Plans in College Football Transfer Portal

As the Georgia Bulldogs continue to face a decision at quarterback for 2025, one former Dawgs signal-caller revealed a change of plans. The once highly touted prospect is going to be on the market a bit longer as he evaluates options in the college football transfer portal.

Former four-star quarterback Jaden Rashada has delayed making a decision on his next destination until the spring transfer portal window from April 16 to April 25, per On3.com’s Pete Nakos.

Georgia transfer quarterback Jaden Rashada continues to evaluate his options and prepare for the spring transfer portal, his agent Jackson Zager told On3 on Tuesday afternoon,” Nakos wrote on Tuesday. “Rashada plans to work with a trainer and quarterback coach in the next few months, ramping up to the spring portal.

Rashada’s camp had early conversations with North Carolina and UCLA when he entered in early January. The focus has now turned to preparing for the spring transfer portal, which lasts 10 days and is open from April 16 to April 25. Because he entered at the end of the winter window, Rashada’s options were limited.”
